Integrative Health Coaching is perfect for anyone who is motivated to improve his/her health. I coach each person differently depending on their own unique needs. Research has shown that individuals who work with health coaches experience positive health outcomes, reducing their risks of chronic diseases.  Investing in yourself is the best investment one can make.

As a health coach, I am trained and skilled in the process of health behavior change. My role in your change process is to work in partnership with you to set goals, derail roadblocks and take action to achieve and sustain health-supporting behaviors. My approach is based on principles of behavior change, with clearly defined goals, small steps, repetition, and personal accountability. This is not about short-term results – you will learn new skills that will last a lifetime. Are you ready to improve your life?

My first detox ever and wow am I sold! I can do anything for 5 days!! I absolutely loved the structure. Three daily meals of which were all delicious! I bought and cooked things I never would have other wise! Swiss chard, fennel and canned salmon to name a few. I had enormous energy, my mood was positive and I slept like a rock. I grew to love being on the Detox. My view of being on the Detox after a couple of days changed to wanting to stick through with eating healthier because before going on this Detox I was feeling tired and just not having any energy and felt bloated and as the days went by I started feeling more energized. I didn’t feel bloated as before and honestly I can say I’m feeling happier than before. I recommend this Detox or doing a detox if you want to feel better or you want to start eating healthier and you don’t know where to begin. This Detox also helped me to learn to read the ingredients more which is something that I never did before. I plan on keeping up my healthy eating habits and I don’t think I want to go back to eating processed food and junk food as I was before. I feel like detoxing changed my mind. I also now want to eat healthier because I work with kids . I want to be able to jump around and keep up with the kids because before the Detox I feel like I didn’t have the energy to do so.
